Refund policy

Estelle & Bea gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for full credit within 10 days from the date your order shipped. If more than 10 days a return will only be processed for instore credit.  Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Exchanges are able to be made within 10 days from the date of shipment. Must be unworn, unwashed,  undamaged & unaltered. Item is only exchangeable for the same item in another size.
